    When beginning to develop the design for custom or military and government shipping cases, Wilson Case works closely with prospective clients and contractors to fully understand their needs and the transport situations the casing will have to withstand. We will determine what industry regulations need to be followed in addition to the standard ATA-300 guidelines.

    After decades of experience with designing custom cases, we’ve streamlined our process to make it as easy on our customers as possible.  We use SolidWorks to render 3D models of the case with the product inside, utilizing a blueprint CAD file provided by customers. This guarantees that the case is designed with precision and accuracy while avoiding the loss of time and money that comes with having us hold onto and transport your items. It also ensures the security of the design while reducing any risk to government or military agencies to zero.

    We’ll present our design to the client or contractor, giving them a chance to request alterations as needed. When the final design has been approved, we’ll fabricate the shipping case. The design file that’s approved by the customer is the same one we’ll use on the shop floor, where it will be translated to CNC computer control language, guaranteeing precision to thousandths of an inch. Each case is hand-assembled by experienced staff using machine-riveted construction and heat-treated, plated steel hardware. Once production is complete, we’ll ship the case to the client’s location ready to use.
