We start this process with learning about you, your product, shipping needs, budget and time frame for a finished case. Protecting your product is our first priority in the shipping case design. We will then work with you to determine your mobility, loading and any other concerns for usability.
Our engineers then use solid modeling technology to design your shipping case, estimate the costs and create a 3D prototype for you to approve. Our engineers have years of packaging experience and the 3D prototype allows you to see the shipping case before it’s built.
Once you have approved the quote and prototype, we can start the manufacturing process. An order for your case is created and a confirmation, with expected ship date, is sent to you. Our team will cut, build and assemble all the parts of your case to meet the specifications the engineers have provided.
Once a build is completed we send a shipment notification with tracking numbers to you so there won’t be any guesswork about when your custom shipping case will arrive at its destination.
Clear communication with you helps ensure this process flows smoothly from beginning to end, ensuring the case will work for your needs.
You’ve put a great deal of time and resources into your product, let us protect it during shipping. Learn more about our custom shipping case options or contact us to start your custom shipping case build.
