Pro Audio/Video Road Cases
Whether you’re bringing a slew of microphones to a conference or towing an entire lighting rig and sound system across the country, the challenge is the same: figuring out how to safely and easily transport the equipment. Don’t stress, though, because that’s a challenge Wilson Case is highly familiar with.
Our team has over 45 combined years of experience with designing and manufacturing cases to meet the specific requirements of clients in a great variety of industries. We’ve created cases for Yamaha, Roland, Behringer, Midas, PreSonus, Allen & Heath, Mackie, Soundcraft, QSC, Bose, and Peavey equipment in the past, which is why we’re fully confident that we can build you a custom road case or pro A/V workbox that takes all the worry out of your travels.
Custom Road Cases for Events
Don’t settle for renting unfamiliar equipment at your next gig—or worse, suffering damage to your gear due to improper protective storage. With casters for easy mobility and foam padding for gentle protection, our event road cases are built to hit the road.
We’ve got road-ready cases for microphones, speakers, pro video equipment, audio mixers, and any other element of your A/V setup. If our selection of stock event cases doesn’t have what you need, we’ll create a custom solution tailored to your unique transportation challenges.
Additional Pro Audio and Video Event Production Cases
You may not even realize it, but by throwing your drone or audio mixer into any old suitcase, you could be costing yourself hundreds (or thousands) of dollars in damage. Investing in a proper event road case for your gear is a much better use of your money because it protects your costly equipment from damage caused by rough terrain, dust, humidity, or inexperienced handling. We have a variety of event road cases and pro A/V workboxes to choose from, with everything from cable trunks to lighting and rigging cases.

Why Order a Custom Event Case From Wilson Case?
Wilson Case’s event road cases help minimize your risk of damaged equipment by properly protecting your gear. Our custom road cases are durable, secure, and built to ATA-300 standards, and that’s not all—we let our customers dictate not just the dimensions of their custom shipping case but also the laminate color, interior lining, labeling, security features, and mobility and stacking options.
We also offer an extensive selection of add-on features, including pull-out keyboards, trap doors, ramps, and pressure relief valves. On top of that, you can opt to add logos or branded colors to your case to promote your business wherever your cargo goes.
How We Make Our Custom Cases
Here’s how our custom case design process works: First, you’ll let us know your unique requirements, then we’ll use our solid modeling technology to map out the exact dimensions;
Then, our engineers will use SolidWorks 3D CAD to model your custom road case. Once the model is complete, we’ll send you a 3D virtual prototype so that you can see exactly what the case will look like, right down to the placement of the handles and holes.
Once we have your approval for the design, we’ll convert the 3D CAD files into CNC computer control language, which allows us to cut the case materials on our manufacturing machines with precision down to the thousandths of an inch.
