Why Order Your Next Custom Roland Gear Road Case From Wilson Case?

Creating custom cases is about 85% of our business, and we’ve got plenty of experience with designing cases to transport event equipment (e.g., HDTV and LCD displays, lighting arrays, rigging systems, and mixing consoles) for all sorts of needs, including live broadcast events, presentations, trade shows, theatrical productions, concerts, festivals, and so much more. Our cases are ATA-300 compliant, and we bring the same attention to detail and level of quality to your custom-built Roland gear road case that we offer to any of our clients from the medical, aerospace, or military-industrial fields.

We’re devoted to finding new and inventive solutions to common shipping challenges, and we pride ourselves on the fact that the only limit when creating a custom Roland travel case that meets your needs is your imagination. If you need a case that can roll on any surface on the way to an outdoor music festival, we’ll design one for you that includes our custom Turf Tires and heavy-duty casters. If you need a case with a built-in mechanical lift or a ramp to assist with loading and unloading equipment, we can deliver a custom Roland gear hard road case that will do it. If you need a case that’s light enough to carry or maneuverable enough to hit the road in a touring van, we’ll design one that’s configured accordingly with Wilson LT or DuraLite paneling. We will always work closely with you to design a case that specifically overcomes your biggest shipping concerns, whether physical or regulatory, and every case is covered by our limited lifetime warranty.

How We Make Our Custom Cases

Before we design your custom Roland case, we’ll meet with you to discuss the equipment you need to transport and the particular challenges you think you’ll encounter. This way we can determine what materials and hardware will best serve your needs in particular, rather than delivering cases with options you don’t want. At this point, you’ll send us a file showing the dimensions of the individual pieces of equipment you need to transport.

With this file, our engineers will develop the designs for your case in SolidWorks, our 3D CAD modeling program. Once completed, you’ll have the option to request any changes before you approve the design. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll start the manufacturing process. The very same file you approve will be converted into CNC computer control language so we can cut all the materials on our in-house machines. Both straight edges and curves are crafted with accuracy down to a thousandth of an inch. Our skilled workers will assemble your case by hand using proven construction techniques.

After your order has been fabricated and assembled, we’ll ship it to you ready to use. The whole process usually takes 10 to 15 business days, but if you’re on a tight schedule, we can expedite it to deliver a case in five days or less with our Quick Ship option.
